Jennifer Pardoe

Founding Partner | NPD & Business Developer

With over 25 years’ experience within the food industry and a British Sandwich Association award winner, Jennifer has worked with many well known food-to-go retailers, restaurant chains, product manufacturers, start ups and suppliers. Within the last 7 years she has helped develop and launch over one hundred plant-based products including plant-proteins (pulses, peas, seeds & legumes), meat alternatives (jackfruit, tempeh, wheat gluten, soy, pea) plant milks, cheeses and yoghurts, natural smoothies, hot food menus, coffee menus, ready meals, grab & go sandwiches and salads, raw energy bars and other impulse snacks.  

Hannah Fox

Client Accounts, R&D Assistant

Hannah's passion for plant-based food and a healthy appetite for research and development make her a natural fit for us at PB2B. Currently studying a Marketing and Entrepreneurship degree at Nottingham University, she also writes the blog thehappyfodmapper.co.uk. Hannah looks after all the administration for PB2B's partners and clients with a focus on quick turnaround, but you can also spot her working at our client's stands at food shows.  

Liz Tucker

Nutritionist & Label Regulations

Liz  has extensive experience in health claim building, nutrition and food labelling for food producers, catering industry and for specific markets such as free from and sports nutrition. She has a BSc Hons in Human Biology, Health and Psychology and is a Senior Associate of the Royal Society of Medicine. Favourite Food: Smashed British green peas.

Ian Harris

Identity and Branding

Ian is a walking talking branding obsessive and is driven by visual communication that connects with people's lifestyles and a mainstream audience. He's worked with plant-based brands such as Battle Oats and 4SomeHealth, ensuring products stand out on shelf, social media and ecommerce websites. Drinks: Red Wine.

Claudia Tarry

Managing Partner | Marketing & PR

Claudia has more than 20 years experience working on campaigns for some of the UK's leading non-government organisations. From creating content for websites, media and the McCartney family's Meat Free Monday cookbook, to rolling out HSI's catering campaign Forward Food - facilitating foodservice providers with plant-based culinary training, working with chefs from Compass Group, BaxterStorey and University of Cambridge. Claudia is passionate about helping businesses get the attention and buy-in of mainstream consumers, inspiring appetites all over the UK.
