Jennifer Pardoe

Founding Partner

With over 25 years’ experience within the food industry spanning chef, corporate operations, product development and marketing, Jennifer has worked with many well known food-to-go retailers, restaurant chains, manufacturers, start ups and suppliers across the world. She has also co-founded multiple food businesses and is a British Sandwich Association award winner. Within the last 7 years she has helped develop and launch hundreds of plant-based products, including meat and dairy alternatives, ready meals, ambient snacks, grab & go products for all dayparts and entire plant-based restaurant concepts.

Claudia Tarry

Managing Partner
Marketing & PR

Claudia has more than 20 years experience working on meat reduction campaigns for some of the UK’s leading non-government organisations. From project-managing production of the McCartney family’s Meat Free Monday cookbook to rolling out Humane Society International UK’s plant-based culinary training programme Forward Food, Claudia is passionate about promoting meat and dairy alternatives to mainstream consumers. She is also a food business entrepreneur who understands the opportunities and challenges of marketing plant-based food, and the gaps in the market via thorough competitor analysis.

Liz Tucker

Label Regulations

Liz has extensive experience in health claim building, nutrition and food labelling for food producers, food-to-go, catering industry and for specific markets such as free-from and sports nutrition. Working with both start ups and large corporations, Liz has worked with well known brands advising on compliance to both Trading Standards and Advertising Standards Authority. She has a BSc Hons in Human Biology, Health and Psychology and is a Senior Associate of the Royal Society of Medicine.

Ian Harris

Identity and Branding

Ian is a walking talking branding obsessive and is driven by creative visual communication that connects with people's lifestyles and a mainstream audience. He has worked with multiple start ups whose products are picked up by supermarkets first round, and has a focus to ensure products stand out on shelf, social media and ecommerce websites. Ian is also both a detailed designer for all back of pack information and consumer entertainment with fast turnaround times, and full branding of physical marketing materials such as exhibition stands and pop-ups.
